Quotes are based on the information you provide. Hourly rates apply from arrival at the pickup address until unloading is complete, plus any agreed travel component. Significant differences between quoted and actual conditions (volume, access, additional stops) may change the final cost, we will always tell you before proceeding.

Please declare fragile, high-value and specialist items (including pianos, pool tables and safes) at quoting so we bring the right equipment and crew.

Cancellations and date changes: contact us as early as possible; fees may apply for late cancellation of confirmed bookings.

Insurance: details of the cover applying to your move are provided with your quote. Please review them before booking.
