Free changes up to 24 hours before

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel at no charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the booked start time. Call 0415 040 013 or email info@apremovalist.com.

Late changes (under 24 hours)

Cancellations or major changes made within 24 hours of the booked start time attract a $100 late fee. This covers the crew and truck we set aside and could not re-book at short notice.

No-show

If nobody is at the address at booked time and we cannot reach you within 30 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show and the minimum call-out (2 hours at truck rate) applies.

Weather and safety

Melbourne weather changes fast. If conditions become unsafe (severe storms, flooding, extreme heat above 40 degrees) we may pause or reschedule the move. No charge for weather-related reschedules.

Your consumer rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can cancel and receive a full refund if we fail to arrive on the agreed day or the service is materially different from what we quoted. Deposit refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
